Ever felt like you couldn’t stop the flow of words that you heard coming from your mouth? Or am I the only one? One of my favorite books is called When to Speak Up & When to Shut Up. If you haven’t read it, I encourage every woman to read it. Most of us need extra help in this area.
Are you going through something with anyone right now where you need to know when to speak up and when to shut up? Who is it? Ask yourself what God thinks of that person. Think of the last time you were just rotten but someone had endless mercy with you until you came around. Remember how grateful you were for their mercy?
When I think of those moments it makes me want to make someone else feel that way.
Let His love keep your mouth shut sometimes. Let His love flow in abundance out of your mouth wether people deserve it or not. Let His love keep you silent when needed and refuse to be silent when needed.
1 Corinthians 13 is the love chapter and if we can put our name in the place of the word love and it be true that’s a sign of spiritual maturity and if not, you’ve located where to renew your mind with the Word so that Love Himself can conform you into someone who love flows from freely to those around you who need it!
Praying for you now to yield to the love of God instead of hurt, rejection, addiction, and anxiety!
Happy Monday!
